My Screen Recorder Pro provides you the ability to output your screen recordings to AVI, Windows Media Format (WMV) or Flash. Screen recording done in AVI are compressed using installed video and audio compressors while providing excellent quality. Both WMV and Flash makes very small recording sizes, making them perfect for distribution from your website. You can even make WMV files that are designed to be played from a streaming server and presented to large audiences over the Internet.
